Common Questions
Is there a per-minute or per-call charge?

No. All plans are flat-rate. Call volume is limited only by your SIP trunk capacity and the concurrent-call limit on your plan — not by the minute.
What SIP trunk do I need?

We're trunk-agnostic. Bring your own DID numbers from any provider (Twilio, Plivo, VoIP.ms, local carriers). We configure the trunk on the FreeSWITCH side.
Can I run the platform on-premise?
+
Yes. Enterprise plans include on-premise FreeSWITCH deployments on your own servers or cloud VMs. We handle installation, hardening, and ongoing patches.
How does AI transcription work?
+
Recorded calls are sent to Deepgram Nova-2 via the backend after the call ends. Transcripts appear in the call log within a few seconds. Deepgram API cost is included in Pro and Enterprise plans.
What counts as a 'concurrent call'?
+
A concurrent call is any active SIP session at a given moment — inbound or outbound. If 5 agents are all in calls at the same time, that's 5 concurrent calls.
