Our Story
From Frustration to Infrastructure
PBX was born out of a simple frustration: existing telephony platforms were either expensive black boxes or painfully complex open-source systems that required a dedicated telecom engineer to maintain. We believed there was a better way.
We built a cloud-native PBX platform on top of FreeSWITCH — combining the raw power of open-source telephony with a modern management interface that any operations team can use. No proprietary hardware, no vendor lock-in, no surprise licensing fees.
Today our platform handles inbound and outbound calling, IVR flows, call queues, agent presence, and real-time analytics — all through a clean API and a browser-based admin panel.
